Sinopsis / Synopsis

August es un hombre arisco, dueño de una tienda de electrónica durante 50 años, que detesta a la mitad de la humanidad, sobre todo a los vagos. Jenny vive en la calle, pero al contrario de lo que August piensa, lo hace más por ideología que por pereza o delincuencia. Una serie de eventos, incluyendo la marcha del empleado de August de la tienda, fuerzan a que el dueño enfrente sus prejuicios hacia Jenny.

August is a surly man who has owned an electronics shop for over fifty years and who loathes the better half of humanity especially the lazy. Jenny lives in the streets but contrary to what August believes it’s more out of ideology than laziness or delinquency. A series of events including the sudden quitting of Lucas from August’s boutique forces the latter to face his prejudices towards Jenny.

CATHERINE BRETON (CANADÁ, 25/04/1971) estudió teatro y la literatura en la Universidad de Quebec en Montreal y televisión escribiendo INIS. Ha trabajado tanto como actriz y como cineasta. En 2010 fundó Far Est productions. Siempre ha estado interesada en las experiencias humanas su gran pasión es inventar y contar historias.

CATHERINE BRETON (CANADA, 04/25/1971) studied theater and literature at the University of Quebec at Montreal and in television writing INIS. It works both as an actress and as a filmmaker. She founded in 2010 Far Est Productions. Always interested in the human experience it is more than ever inhabited by a passion to invent create and tell stories.
