Sinopsis / Synopsis

En las afueras de la ciudad, dos jóvenes descubren el poder de la cámara. Bobby (14 años), una descarada chica de ciudad, permite a Sam (12 años), un chico frágil y apasionado por el cine, seguirla con su cámara durante un día. La realidad y la imaginación se entrelazan hasta que Sam ya no puede distinguir la diferencia.

On the outskirts of the city, two youngsters discover the power of the camera. Bobby (14), a cheeky city girl allows Sam (12), a frail boy who's passionate about film, to follow her with his camera for a day. Reality and imagination intertwine until Sam can't tell the difference anymore.

ABEL BOS (Hilversum, Países Bajos, 1991) Persiguió su interés por el guion y la dirección en el KASK de Gante (Bélgica), donde estudió Cine de 2012 a 2019. En 2016 se licenció con su cortometraje 'Kip' (Pollo), que recibió el VAF Wildcard, un premio que otorga cada año el Fondo Audiovisual de Flandes (VAF) al mejor cortometraje estudiantil. Abel se graduó con un máster en 2019 con el cortometraje 'Vis' (Fish), que ganó el premio al mejor escenario en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Oostende. 'Bug' es su primer cortometraje profesional, producido por Mirage Films.

ABEL BOS (Hilversum, The Netherlands, 1991) pursued his interest in screenwriting and directing at KASK Ghent, Belgium, where he studied Film from 2012 to 2019. In 2016 he earned his Bachelor’s degree with his short ‘Kip’ (Chicken), which received the VAF Wildcard, a prize awarded each year by the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF) for the best student short. Abel graduated with a Master’s degree in 2019 with the short film ‘Vis’ (Fish), winning the Best Scenario Award at the International Film Festival of Oostende. ‘Bug’ is his first professional short film, produced by Mirage.
