Una madre y su hija, solas en El Cairo, no pueden encontrar una habitación en un hotel para pasar la noche, porque los hoteles egipcios no permiten que ninguna mujer egipcia tenga una habitación sin un marido, un hermano o un padre.

A mother and her girl alone in Cairo, can't find a room in a hotel to spend the night, because Egyptian hotels doesn't allow any Egyptian woman to have a room without a husband, a brother or a father.

Director de cine independiente de El Cairo, Egipto. Empecé a los 18 años como un equipo de un solo hombre, lo que me hizo aprender mucho, y aún sigo aprendiendo el arte del cine y la dirección de películas. He realizado 5 cortometrajes (A Prison Cell, Silent, The Red Box, Strangers in The Night, Complete) y todos ellos han sido proyectados dentro y fuera de Egipto.

An independent filmmaker from Cairo Egypt, started when I was 18 as a one-man crew, which made me learn a lot, and still learning the art of cinema and film directing. I have made 5 short films (A Prison Cell, Silent, The Red Box, Strangers in The Night, Complete) and all of them has been screened inside and outside of Egypt.
