2017. Ante el desastre que ha sido denominado como crisis migratoria, hay muchos grupos de voluntarios que dedican su tiempo a diversas iniciativas, proyectos y actividades en diferentes lugares. Salvamento Marítimo Humanitario, miembros de organizaciones, asociaciones y plataformas vascas y, sobre todo, el trabajo y el esfuerzo que realizan son los protagonistas que conforman las historias de este documental.
