La creación de un parque de bomberos en Bafatá, Guinea Bissau, lleva a una ONG donostiarra hasta el país africano. Allí, los bomberos les cuentan a qué desafíos se enfrentan ante la falta de oportunidades y a qué se puede aspirar en uno de los lugares más pobres del planeta…

The creation of a Fire Station in Bafatá, Guinea Bissau, takes an NGO from San Sebastián (Spain) to the African country. There, the new firefighters tell them what challenges they face due to the lack of opportunities and what they can aspire to in one of the poorest places on the planet.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

Francisco Ruiz Villarroya (Murcia, ESPAÑA,1997). Graduado en Periodismo por la Universidad de Murcia, desde 2020 vive en San Sebastián, donde estudió Diseño Gráfico. Allí entró en contacto con los integrantes de la ONG Ekinbide, con quienes colabora desde 2021. En septiembre de 2022 viajaron a Guinea Bissau para donar un camión de bomberos y dar formación a los futuros integrantes del parque de Protección Civil de Bafatá, contexto en el que nace el documental ‘Incombustibles’, ópera prima del murciano.

Francisco Ruiz Villarroya (Murcia, SPAIN, 1997). Graduated in Journalism from the University of Murcia, since 2020 he has lived in Basque Country, where he studied Graphic Design. There he came into contact with the members of the NGO Ekinbide, with whom he has collaborated since 2021. In September 2022 they travelled to Guinea Bissau to donate a fire truck and provide training to the future members of the Bafatá Civil Protection Park, where the documentary ‘Incombustible’, the Murcian’s debut film, was born.
