Sinopsis / Synopsis

Comienza en una selva urbana retrofuturista, en blanco y negro, donde los seres humanos se vuelven en un bucle en sus acciones cotidianas que los deshumanizan lentamente. Es entonces cuando aparece una brecha entre dos manos extendidas. Una brecha que nos saca del gris y nos sumerge en el color de la Naturaleza que invade la ciudad como para resucitar a estos habitantes. El video musical Justicia es un momento suspendido en esta maquinaria humana donde expresa el deseo, el sueño tonto de ver salir las ballenas de nuestras pantallas.

It begins in a retrofuturistic urban jungle, in black and white, where humans turn in a loop in their everyday actions that dehumanize them slowly. It is then that a gap appears between two outstretched hands. A breach that takes us out of the gray and plunges us into the color of Nature that invades the city as if to resuscitate these inhabitants. The music video Justice is a suspended moment in this human machinery where expresses the desire, the foolish dream to see the whales come out of our screens.

MAKÉ (MARION CASTÉRA, FRANCIA, 1988 & KELZANG RAVACH, BÉLGICA, 1987). MaKé reúne a dos directores, Ma-rion Castera y Ke-lzang Ravach, que se enganchan con imágenes fijas o móviles, dibujadas, pintadas o pegadas, rodadas, rasgadas o reimpresas. Construyeron su experiencia en varios proyectos en toda Europa, dando al dúo su carácter nómada. Les encanta imaginar, mezclando géneros y culturas, edades e historias siempre buscando la paz, el humor y la poesía de una manera bastante mezquina, tal como son.

MaKé gather two directors, Ma-rion Castera & Ke-lzang Ravach, who are hooked by images whether fixed or moving, drawn, painted or glued, shot, torn or reprinted. They built their experience on various projects all over Europe, giving the duo their nomadic character. They love to MaKe images, mixing genres and cultures, ages and stories always seeking peace, humor and poetry in a rather dotty, as they are.
