Sinopsis / Synopsis

Una pareja ha creado un submundo en el que conviven ajenos a la podredumbre en la que se han ido sumergiendo paulatinamente conforme avanzaba su relación. Ella comienza a darse cuenta de que el idílico estado en que se encuentra su relación no es sino una utopía materializada, mientras él vive en la más feliz y absoluta ignorancia. Ella intenta actuar en consecuencia.

TENSIN R. MÁRQUEZ (Madrid, 17/09/1988) y EDUARDO TEJADA (Madrid, 23/09/1991) Amantes del cine desde la infancia, nos conocemos en una escuela donde estudiamos Realización de Audiovisuales y Espectáculos, donde se nos formó teórica y prácticamente. Consecuencia de las ganas, en común, de demostrar y, sobretodo, demostrarnos si somos capaces de contar una historia de forma propia, surge La petite mort, que se convierte en nuestro primer trabajo profesional. Nos une un gusto por la elegancia cinematográfica y el deseo de querer contar historias no sólo bien, sino de forma hermosa.

TENSIN R. MÁRQUEZ (Madrid, Spain, 09/17/1988) & EDUARDO TEJADA (Madrid, Spain, 09/23/1991) Both of us love cinema from childhood. We met first at Audiovisuals Show School were we learnt filming theory and practice. From this eagerness arose La petite mort, our first professional work. We are also concerned about sound whose importance, according to our conception, is not lesser than the image itself. We consider sound not as kind of secondary tool, but well on the contrary, thanks to it, the narrative discourse might be enriched considerably.We share the same cinematographic gusto for elegance and the wish for telling stories not only well but beautifully.
