DAVID MONCASI (Lleida, 1966) Periodista. Reportero de los programas “Línea 900” de TVE (1996-2001) y de “Reportajes Canal +” (2001-2005). Premio de la Academia de las Artes y la Televisión de España al Mejor Programa Documental de 2004 por “La epidemia silenciosa”. Creador de la docuserie “Hipódromo” (Cuatro) y reportajes para el formato “Así somos” de Canal +. En 2008 puso en marcha el programa “Comando actualidad” en TVE. En 2009 dirigió “Desafío en Himalaya” para Cuatro. Director del documental "La muñeca del espacio", Carabela de Plata al mejor documental Latinoamericano en el Festival de Cine Iberoamericano de Huelva y premiado en DOCUMENTA MADRID 2007, en el festival NEFF de Vitoria y el DIBA Barcelona.

Is the director of the documentary "The swinning doll", Silver Caravel to the best documentary in the Latin-American Cinema Festival of Huelva and rewarded in DOCUMENTA MADRID 2007, in the NEFF of Vitoria festival and the DIBA Barcelona.
