"Small Talk" narra la cita a ciegas de Connor y Lucía, quienes se conocen a través de un online dating service. Refleja lo incómodo de una primera cita, la dificultad de compartir tu historia con una persona nueva y la soledad que se llega a vivir en las grandes ciudades.

From the producer of Datin’ Marvin (Cannes‘15), Monica Palmieri brings you Small Talk, a story about two lonely people trying to find a meaningful connection in a fast paced Brooklyn. We witness their first blind date on Christmas eve, exploring human connections or the inability to form one.

MÓNICA PALMIERI (GUATEMALA, 1982) ha dirigido y producido cortometrajes: Small Talk (2017), The G.O.I.G (2016), Complete Sentences (2013) y Black Hole (2011) (Icaro Film Festival y Corto Circuito New York FF). Como productora: Datin 'Marvin (68th Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner), Meet Me Here (2015), Locked in You (2014), Underwater (2014) y Derailing (2013). Mónica hizo producción de línea para Split (Sarasota Film Festival, 2016) por la premiada directora Deborah Kampmeier. Es una orgullosa miembra de The Actors Studio Playwrights / Directors Unit, y Alumni de Labyrinth Theatre Ensemble Workshop. Fundadora de MMW Productions.

Monica line produced film Split (Sarasota Film Festival, 2016) by award winning director Deborah Kampmeier.
