Sinopsis / Synopsis

El tiempo corre para un extranjero, un inmigrante enfrentado a la burocracia de sangre fría de un país extranjero, mientras trata de salvar a su hermana menor y evitar la separación. Nadie escucha sus voces, perdido en la traducción.

The clock is ticking for a foreigner, an immigrant faced with the coldblooded bureaucracy of a foreign country, as he tries to save his younger sister and prevent separation. Nobody hears their voices, lost in translation.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

LOVRO MRDJEN (Zagreb, CROACIA, 1995). Nació en Zagreb, Croacia, donde se matriculó en la Academia de Arte Dramático, Departamento de Dirección. Desde el comienzo de sus estudios, Lovro dirigió varios cortometrajes y videos musicales premiados. También recibió dos premios Rector's Awards por el proyecto "Opera Agrippina" y la colaboración internacional "Projekt: Pravda". Su cortometraje "Fabijan", que escribió y dirigió, es su primer cortometraje profesional narrativo estrenado en el Festival de Cine de Zagreb en 2016. "Fabijan" se proyectó en 13 festivales de cine de todo el mundo y ganó cuatro premios. En 2016, también comienza a trabajar en programas de televisión como escritor y director. En 2017, Lovro trabajó en el Teatro Croata de la Juventud como director de películas promocionales y comerciales y dirigió su primer documental "Patrola Uran", que se estrenó en 2018 en ZagrebDox. "The Stamp" es su último cortometraje premiado con varios reconocimientos y premios en todo el mundo.

LOVRO MRDJEN (Zagreb, CROATIA, 1995). Born in Zagreb, Croatia where he enrolled Academy of Dramatic Art, Directing Department. Since the beginning of his studies, Lovro was directing several awarded short films and music videos. He was also awarded double Rector's Awards for the project "Opera Agrippina" and international collaboration "Projekt: Pravda". His short film "Fabijan", which he wrote and directed, is his first short narrative professional film premiered at Zagreb Film Festival in 2016. "Fabijan" was screened on 13 film festivals around the world and won four awards. In 2016, he also starts working on TV talks shows as a writer and director. In 2017 Lovro worked in Croatian Youth Theatre as a director for promo films and commercials and has directed his first documentary film "Patrola Uran" which was premiered in 2018 at ZagrebDox. "The Stamp" is his latest awarded short film with several recognitions and awards worldwide.
