En mi casa, el mar ha marcado un ritmo de vida, muy cercano a la naturaleza. Días y noches marcadas por los amaneceres y atardeceres, por las olas, por el viento, y no por las horas del reloj. Contando la historia de mi familia, ordeno las emociones que se han acumulado desde la infancia. Defino mi lugar en el mundo, trazando un camino de idas y vueltas a mi lugar de origen.

In my house the sea has set a rhythm of life very near to nature. Days and nights marked by dawns and dusks, by the sea waves, by the wind and not by the hours of the clock. While telling the story of my family, I collect thoughts and emotions that have been piling up since I was a child. I define my place in the world, tracing a path leading into and out of it.

ROSSELLA MEZZINA (Bari, ITALIA, 07/07/1970) Amante del género documental, traductora y antropóloga vive entre Madrid y Ginebra. Entre sus obras audiovisuales: “Pan Bendito, historias de un barrio” (reportaje documental, Madrid, 2005). Making of de la película Casual Day de Max Lemcke, 2007.
