“Señora de” nos muestra los testimonios de varias generaciones de mujeres a las que la historia ni siquiera les permitió soñar. Lo único que pudieron hacer fue resignarse y aceptar que nacieron y crecieron en otra época en la que sus voces, sus deseos e incluso sus pensamientos fueron silenciados.

“Mrs.…what’-his-name” shows the testimonies of several generations of women whom history did not even allow to dream. The only thing they could do was to resign themselves and accept the fact they were born and brought up in tose times when their voices, their desires and even their thoughts were silenced.

PATRICIA FERREIRA es directora y guionista de cine y televisión, medio en el que ha desarrollado una amplia carrera como realizadora, directora y guionista de diferentes series y programas. Imparte también clases de dirección de actores en la Escuela de Cine de la Comunidad de Madrid (ECAM) y en otros centros. Entre los trabajos realizados por Patricia Ferreira en cine, destacan: el largometraje Para que no me olvides (2005), seleccionado en el Festival de Berlín (2005) y en el Festival de Mar de Plata (2005). Entre otros premios, ganó con este filme, el Premio del Público en los festivales de Toulouse y Marsella. Para que no me olvides recibió tres nominaciones a los Premios Goya.

PATRICIA FERREIRA is a director and screenwriter and has developed an extensive career as a filmmaker, director and screenwriter of different TV series and programmes. She also teaches classes in directing actors at the Film School of the Madrid Community (ECAM) and other centres. Among the films directed by Patricia Ferreira, it is worth pointing out: the feature film Para que no me olvides/ Forget me not (2005), selected at the Berlin Film Festival (2005) and at the Festival de Mar del Plata (2005). Among other awards, this film won the Audience Award at festivals in Toulouse and Marseille. Para que no me olvides/Forget me not received three nominations for the Goya Awards.
