Sinopsis / Synopsis

Una mujer apátrida cruza el río entre Tailandia y Myanmar con su hijo de 5 años para encontrar trabajo en la ciudad. En su viaje, se encuentran con un misterioso mono que los lleva a un destino inesperado.

A stateless woman crosses the river between Thailand and Myanmar with her 5-year-old son to find a job in the city. On their journey, they meet a mysterious monkey mascot who takes them to an unexpected destination with a colorful Ferris wheel.

Phuttiphong Aroonpheng nació en Bangkok en 1976 y se graduó en la Silpakorn University. Está particularmente interesado en el avant-garde y el cine experimental. Sus películas se han proyectado en festivales de cine y exposiciones artísticas, incluyendo el Film Festival Rotterdam, el Busan International Film Festival, el Singapore International Short Film Festival, la galería Asian Gallery 4A Sydney, el museo Fukuoka Asian Art Museum de Japón y muchos más.

Phuttiphong Aroonpheng was born in Bangkok in 1976. He obtained B.F.A at Silpakorn University. He is particularly interested in avant-garde and experimental film. Phuttiphong’s films have been showed both international film festivals and art exhibitions, including the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Busan International Film Festival, Singapore International Short Film Festival, Asian gallery 4A Sydney, Fukuoka Asian Art Museum Japan and many others.
