Laleh fue abandonada por su madre durante su infancia. Después de muchos años su madre, que se ha convertido en una exitosa arquitecta, quiere mudarse a América y vivir con ella para compensarla. Pero Laleh no está preparada.
Laleh was abandoned by her mother in childhood. After so many years, her mother, who is a successful architect, wants her to move to America and live with her to make it up to her. But Laleh is not ready for it.
NASIM KIANI (Isfahan, IRÁN, 1988) y MOSTAFA MOSTAFAVI (Teherán, IRÁN, 1987) estudiaron cine en la universidad y tienen un máster en escritura dramática. "Oculus" es su primera película juntos. Nasim ha dirgido otros dos cortometrajes de ficción y Mostafa, por su parte, varios documentales.
NASIM KIANI (Isfahan, IRAN, 1988) and MOSTAFA MOSTAFAVI (Tehran, IRAN, 1987) studied film in college and have MA in Dramatic Literature. “Oculus” is their first film together. Nasim has two other short fictions in her filmography and Mostafa has directed several documentaries.
