Markel Redondo (Bilbao, España, 1978) es un fotógrafo y documentalista de la agencia Panos Pictures. “Sand Castles” es el segundo trabajo de Markel como director. Su primer trabajo fue “The wandering clown” un cortometraje donde se contaba la historia de un payaso migrante en su camino hacia los Estados Unidos.
