Made in China it’s a bold capture of personal greowth and self-acceptance in a country where a voiceless generation fights for the opportunity to be himself. That will force Yῡ Liang Yuan (21) to face a hard issue: who he is and what he truly wants.

MARC CHICA I JOSÉ (Barcelona, ESPAÑA, 1993) inicia sus estudios cinematográficos en ESCAC de donde se graduó en 2016 especializado en la dirección cinematográfica. Ese mismo año, funda Limmat Films, iniciando la producción i dirección del largometraje documental “MADE IN CHINA”, (2019). Esta experiencia le permite escribir y desarrollar el largometraje de ficción “NOW I KNOW”, que pretende ser una coproducción chino-occidental. Es productor ejecutivo del documental “AGAINST THE TIDE” i del largometraje de ficción “BLACK DRAFT”. En 2018 inicia juntamente con la famosa egiptóloga británica Joann Fletcher el desarrollo y creación de la serie Épico-histórica de ficción “PHARAOH”.

MARC CHICA I JOSÉ (Barcelona, SPAIN, 1993) began his cinematographic studies at ESCAC, from which he graduated in 2016 after getting his degree in film direction. That same year founded Limmat Films Ltd. and produced and directed “MADE IN CHINA”, (2019). That experience lead him to develop of the feature film “NOW I KNOW”, which aims to be an international Chinese-western coproduction. Is Executive producer of the documentary film “AGAINST THE TIDE” and to the feature film “BLACK DRAFT”. On 2018, started with the famous Egyptologist Joann Fletcher the development and scriptwriting of the feature Epic Series “PHARAOH”.
