Sinopsis / Synopsis

Diocesano Aguilar, gangster sudamericano preso en España y ávido lector de cómics, está a punto de salir en libertad. Su despedida con Raúl, su compañero de celda, estará llena de emociones encontradas y sentimientos reprimidos.

Imprisoned in Spain, Diocesano Aguilar, a South American gangster and avid comic reader is about to be set free. Having to say goodbye to his cell-mate will be an experience filled with mixed emotions and repressed feelings.

SANTIAGO MALDONADO (Bogotá, Colombia, 28/02/2003) Estudió dirección cinematográfica en la Escola de cinema de Barcelona. Diplomado en Dirección cinematográfica y guión por CongoFilms School. Ávido lector de literatura clásica y autodidacta en historia y filosofía. Su ópera prima, El pescador, recibió el premio del público en el Enseriofilmfestival de Colombia, 2023.

SANTIAGO MALDONADO (Bogotá, Colombia, 28/02/2003) He studied film direction in Escola de cinema de Barcelona. Graduated from film direction and screenplay writing studies in CongoFilms School. Avid reader of classic literature and currently self-studying history and philosophy. His first work, El Pescador, won the Colombia imaginada prize in the Colombian EnserioFilmFestival in 2023.
