Un hombre vestido de azul espera, sediento, en una habitación mal ventilada. La llegada de un hombre vestido de rojo tirando de un hermoso dispensador de botellas de agua provoca un conflicto entre ambos, que culmina en una guerra épica entre dos ejércitos rojo y azul.

A man dressed in blue waits, thirsty, in a badly ventilated room. The arrival of a man dressed in red pulling a beautiful water bottle dispenser causes a conflict between the two, culminating in an epic war between two red and blue armies.

LISA SALLUSTIO (París, Francia, 19/02/1991) Licenciada en Ciencias Políticas por la Universidad Libre de Bruselas (ULB) y en puesta en escena dramática por la Escuela de Cine INSAS de Bruselas, ingresó después en el FÉMIS, Instituto Nacional de Imagen y Sonido Profesional de París. En 2020, se gradúa con su película «Les Punaises», un cuento alegórico sobre la explotación laboral. Canal + compró la película, que recorrió numerosos festivales de todo el mundo. La película obtuvo el cuarto puesto en el premio Cilect en 2021. Water cooler war es su primer cortometraje profesional. De nuevo, la película es un cuento, pero esta vez tiene un significado ecológico: el agua es un bien común y de su privatización se derivan graves consecuencias.

LISA SALLUSTIO (Paris, France, 19/02/1991) Graduated in Political Sciences at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and in dramatic mise-en-scène at the INSAS Film School in Brussels, she then joined the FÉMIS, the National Institute for Professional Image and Sound in Paris. In 2020, she graduates with her movie “Les Punaises”, an allegorical tale about the exploitation of labour. Canal + bought the movie which toured many festivals around the world. The film won fourth place in the Cilect prize in 2021. Water cooler war is her first professional short film. Again, the movie is a tale, but this time it holds an ecological meaning: water is common good and serious consequences emerge from its privatization.
