Durante un tiempo quisimos viajar a Camerún, pero un embarazo nos lo impidió… Crónica de una ilusión y de un desencanto.

For a while we wanted to travel to Cameroon, but a pregnancy got in the way… An account of a hope and a disappointment.

DOMÉNEC BORONAT (Gandia, 1970) Profesor titular de Educación Plástica y Visual. En el año 1997 dirige P.M.E. Deixant d’una mort (Estela de una muerte), relato del último condenado a muerte por delito civil en la historia de España (Primer Premio Doc’Amateur) En el año 2000 realizó El dia que muera mi padre (Premio al mejor Autor Joven del Festival ALACANT-VÍDEO) En 2002, MARC documental sobre los primeros años de vida de un niño que nació sin globos oculares (Premio del público en el REC y seleccionado, entre otros en DOCÚPOLIS. Becado por DOCUMANIA, para asistir al Taller de Técnica y Didáctica del Documental (Círculo de BB.AA, IORTV) impartido por Michel Rabigger. Ha impartido talleres de realización de documentales en los campamentos de refugiados saharauis, dentro de las actividades paralelas organizadas por FISAHARA. En el año 2010 dirige Camerun, breu història d’un embaràs (Camerún, breve historia de un embarazo)

DOMÉNEC BORONAT (Gandia, 1970) He is currently Professor of Plastic and Visual Education. In 1997, he directed P.M.E. Deixant d'una mort (Trail of a death), a story of the last sentence of death by civil offense in the history of Spain (Doc'Amateur First Prize) In 2000 he took The day of my father’s death, experimental video which won several awards. In 2002, MARC, documentary about the early life of a child born without eyeballs (Audience Award at the REC and selected in Docupolis) Fellow for Documentary, to attend the Workshop and Teaching Technical Documentation (Circle of Fine Arts, IORTV) taught by Michel Rabigger. He has taught documentary filmmaking workshops in the Saharawi refugee camps within parallel activities organized by FISAHARA.
