Sinopsis / Synopsis

María es una mujer madura, frustrada por la falta de atención de su marido y la pérdida de su juventud. La llegada al vecindario de Nicolai, un joven extranjero, le hará recordar sus sueños incumplidos.

María is a mature woman, frustrated by the lack of attention from her husband and the loss of her youth. When a young foreigner named Nicolai arrives in the neighborhood, it reminds her of all her unaccomplished dreams.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

SERGIO SIRUELA (Malága, 10/08/1981) Estudia Psicología en la Universidad de Málaga (1999-2004) y Dirección cinematográfica en la Escuela Superior de Artes y Espectáculos TAI. Más tarde ampliaría sus conocimientos con estudios en Dirección de Fotografía y Edición. Trabaja en España y Latinoamérica, tanto en ficción como en publicidad, preferentemente en el equipo de dirección. En 2004 funda la productora KIRUFILM PRODUCCIONES, con la que desarrolla proyectos de forma paralela a su actividad como Freelance. “Héroe” y “Canciones a Medianoche” son los últimos cortometrajes producidos por KIRUFILM y dirigidos por él mismo.

SERGIO SIRUELA (Málaga, SPAIN, 08/10/1981) Degree in Psychology by the University of Málaga (1999-2004)and Film Direction at the Tai Superior Film Accademy. Later on he completes his career with studies in Cinematography and Edition. He works in Spain and in Latin America, as a part of the Directors’ crew, in commercials and fiction. In 2004 he founds KIRUFILM PRODUCTIONS, which gives him the opportunity to develop other projects besides his freelance work. “Hero” and “Midnight songs” are his last short films produced by KIRUFILM and directed by Sergio himself.
