Sinopsis / Synopsis

Diaphony es un breve documental de animación en el que tres personajes, que aparentemente tienen pocas similitudes, te acompañan en su experiencia al escuchar la música que les ha reconfortado durante la pandemia.

Diaphony is a short animation documentary in which three characters, who apparently have few similarities, take you along in their experience when listening to music that has comforted them during the pandemic.

Biofilmografia / Biofilmography

SELLE SELLINK está especializada en la postproducción de largometrajes y documentales. El sonido interactivo es también una de sus especialidades. Antes, durante y después de sus estudios de Diseño de Sonido en la Academia de Cine de los Países Bajos, también trabaja, aparte de su trabajo como freelance, para el estudio de diseño de sonido Anthill Sound Design de Mark Glynne. Aquí ha trabajado en diversas producciones como Brozer (2014), Beyond Sleep (2016), Doof kind (2017), God Only Knows (2019), Buladó (2020) Shadow Game (2021) y Splendid Isolation (2021).

MIRJAM DEBETS es directora de animación, ilustradora y VJ; cosas impulsadas por su amor a incitar la curiosidad de la gente. Mezclando los límites entre los seres humanos, su entorno y las historias que giran a su alrededor, intenta crear un mundo acogedor, ecléctico y ligeramente misterioso y animar a la gente a explorarlo con la mente abierta. Mirjam explora constantemente nuevos medios para dar vida a estos mundos, por ejemplo mediante imágenes en directo, realidad aumentada e instalaciones.

SELLE SELLINK is specialized in postproduction for feature films and documentaries. Interactive sound is also one of his specializations. Before, during and after his studies in Sound Design at the Netherlands Film Academy, he also works, aside to his freelance work, for the sound design studio Anthill Sound Design by Mark Glynne. Here he worked on a variety of productions like Brozer (2014), Beyond Sleep (2016), Doof kind (2017), God Only Knows (2019), Buladó (2020) Shadow Game (2021) and Splendid Isolation (2021).

MIRJAM DEBETS is an animation director, illustrator and VJ; things that are impelled by her love for inciting people’s curiosity. By blending the boundaries between humans, their surroundings and stories that revolve around them, she tries to create an inviting, eclectic and slightly mysterious world and encourage people to explore it with an open mind. Mirjam is constantly exploring new media forms to bring these worlds to life, for instance through live visuals, augmented reality and installations.
