Sinopsis / Synopsis

¿De dónde viene la genialidad? EL HEREDERO DE LISTZ nos cuenta la vida del pequeño genio del piano Michael Andreas Häringer y nos ofrece anécdotas desconocidas sobre sus famosos antepasados Franz Listz y Sophie Menter.

How does musical genius come about? THE HEIR OF LISZT tells about the unusual life of the 11-year-old piano genius and composer Michael Andreas Häringer and sheds light on some of the lesser known aspects of the biographies of his famous ancestors, Franz Liszt and Sophie Menter.

NATALIE HALLA (Austria, 18/11/1975) Se licenció en Derecho y en Traducción/Interpretación (ruso-español) en la universidad Karl Franzens, Graz (Austria). Aprendió las herramientas para producir, dirigir y realizar trabajos audiovisuales de forma autodidacta. La pasión por el cine y en especial por el formato del documental social, la llevó a realizar en 2005 su primer cortometraje “Soñe con tu vida”, seleccionado como finalista en varios festivales nacionales e internacionales. En 2010 hizo su debut como productora y realizadora de largometrajes con el documental “Madres de la Droga”, que tuvo una excelente acogida por parte del público y de la crítica en 55. Edición de La Seminci (Valladolid, 2010), donde se estrenó. Siguieron los documentales “Y también Gaelle” (2011), "Separated" (2012) y "El heredero de Liszt" (2014), que fueron proyectados en docenas de festivales a nivel mundial y obtuvieron varios premios internacionales. En 2012 fue nombrada jurado del Festival Internacional de Cine de Valladolid (SEMINCI).

NATALIE HALLA (Austria, 11/18/1975) Earned a degree in Law and Translation (Russian-Spanish) from Karl Franzens University, Graz (Austria). She is a self-taught producer and director. Her passion for social documentary cinema inspired the creation of her first short movie “I dreamed about your Life”, in 2005, which was selected as a finalist in several national and international short film festivals. Her debut as producer and director of feature films took place in 2010 with the documentary “Drugmothers”, which was well received by the audience and the critics during the 55th Annual International Film Festival in Valladolid (Seminci). She continued her filmography with “Gaelle” (2011), "Separated" (2012) and "The heir of Liszt" (2014), which were shown in dozens of festivals worldwide and won several international film prices. She was elected in 2012 member of the jury at the International Film Festival of Valladolid (SEMINCI).
