Andrés Mariscal, un niño de 7 años, fue diagnosticado de beta-talasemia mayor, una enfermedad incurable hasta que nació su hermano Javier Mariscal, el primer bebé concebido en España seleccionado genéticamente con fines terapéuticos.

JUAN MANUEL DÍAZ LIMA (Cádiz, 07/04/1975) Estudió Comunicación Audiovisual y un máster en Historia y Estética del Cine. Entre sus cortometrajes destacan: "Desenfocados" (2006) y "Veo Veo" (2007). Y los documentales: "Tientos y Habaneras" (2008), "De estraperlo" (2009) y "Andrés y Javier" (2010). Ha sido guionista de los documentales "Munis, la voz de la memoria" y "Un cineasta en la codorniz", dirigido por Javier Rioyo.

As Writer, has participated in the documentary "Munis"and "Un cineasta en la codorniz".
