Sinopsis / Synopsis

Mientras una niña espera a su madre, una misteriosa mujer aparece a su lado y le propone un juego: tiene que seguir las líneas del suelo sin salirse de ellas. La niña, picada por la curiosidad, acepta. Lo que en un principio parece algo sencillo, acabará por convertirse en todo un reto.

A young girl is waiting for her mother when out of the blue a mysterious woman appears at her side and suggests playing a game: "you have to follow the lines on the ground without stepping outside of them," she says. The girl curiously accepts and what at first seems simple, becomes a great challenge.

ANDREA CASASECA (Madrid, 01/06/1987) Desde siempre ha sentido interés por la imagen y todo lo relacionado con la ficción. Decidió dedicarse al mundo audiovisual y estudió Comunicación Audiovisual junto con Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas. Completó su educación con un máster en Dirección y Realización de Series de Ficción. Ha trabajado como ayudante de dirección en diversos cortometrajes y películas. Ha dirigido vídeos corporativos y piezas publicitarias. Su primer cortometraje profesional "Sinceridad", está aún en gira por los distintos festivales del mundo y hasta el momento ha recibido 23 premios y más de 100 selecciones, entre las que destacan la pre-­‐selección a los Premios Goya 2015. Ha sido proyectado entre los festivales más importantes del mundo como Santa Bárbara International Film Festival (California), Newfilmmakers in Los Ángeles (California), Raindance Film Festival (UK) or Short Film Corner at Cannes (France). "El juego" es su segundo cortometraje profesional.

ANDREA CASASECA (Madrid, SPAIN, 06/01/1987) She has always been interested in  image and everything related to fiction. Passionate about storytelling, she knew that her way was the audiovisual world, so she decided to study Communication Studies and later expanded along with Advertising and Public Relations. She completed her education with a Masters in Direction and Production in television series. She used to work in short films and feature films as assistant director. She directed corporative videos and advertisements. "Sincerity" was her first professional short film and still continue receiving awards. Today, "Sincerity" has received more than 80 selections and 20 awards around the world. Some of the film festivals are Santa Bárbara International Film Festival (California), Raindance Film Festival (UK) or Short Film Corner at Cannes (France). "The Game" is her second short film.
