Sinopsis / Synopsis

Durante los ensayos previos al estreno de su primera obra de teatro unipersonal, una actriz pierde a Chaika, la marioneta que protagoniza su espectáculo, y se ve obligada a adentrarse en las profundidades del teatro y de sí misma para encontrarla.

During rehearsals for the premiere of her first one-woman play, an actress loses Chayka, the marionette that stars in her show, and is forced to delve into the depths of the theatre and of herself to find her.

Belén Abarza & Eduardo Bunster trabajan como dupla creativa hace 6 años, dirigiendo proyectos tanto en cine como en artes escénicas.

BELÉN ABARZA

Licenciada en Artes, diseñadora escénica y directora.

Ha participado en más de 50 obras de teatro, danza y artes escénicas, con diversas compañías de teatro, colaborando con destacados directores nacionales.

Como directora de cine, su primer cortometraje "Teo" fue seleccionado en más de 80 festivales y ganador de una docena de premios internacionales.

Actualmente se encuentra trabajando junto a Eduardo Bunster en la postproducción de su opera prima "Un reino imaginado".

EDUARDO BUNSTER

Director y director de fotografía chileno.

Como director destacan su cortometraje "D-construir" (mejor cortometraje en el Festival de Cine Fantástico de Sydney y en el Festival Cine B Santiago), su díptico de cortos documentales "Paisajes Internos", su cortometraje documental “El Horizonte del Pulso” (mejor corto festival “In-Edit”) y el cortometraje "Teo”, seleccionado en más de 80 festivales y ganador de una docena de premios internacionales.

Actualmente se encuentra trabajando junto a Belén Abarza en la postproducción de su opera prima "Un reino imaginado".

Belén Abarza & Eduardo Bunster have been working as a creative duo for 6 years, directing projects in both film and visual arts.   BELÉN ABARZA Bachelor of Arts, scenic designer and director. She has participated in more than 50 plays, dance and performing arts, with various Chilean theater companies, collaborating with prominent national directors. As a film director, her first short film "Theo" was selected in more than 80 festivals and won a dozen international awards. She is currently working with Eduardo Bunster in the post-production of their first feature film " An imagined kingdom".   EDUARDO BUNSTER Chilean director and cinematographer. He has directed the short film "D-construct" (best short film at the Sydney Fantastic Film Festival and at the Cine B Santiago Festival), the diptych of short documentaries "Inner Landscapes", the short documentary "Soul Beats" (best short film at the "In-Edit" festival) and the short film "Theo”, selected in more than 80 festivals and winner of a dozen international awards. He is currently working with Belén Abarza in the post-production of their first feature film "An imagined kingdom".
