Sinopsis / Synopsis

Aurora es una anciana que vive sola en su piso de Madrid. Su marido y amigas han muerto y la única visita que recibe es de un pequeño gorrión. Se siente abandonada al observar todos los objetos que la rodean y que le recuerdan una vida ya pasada.

Aurora is an elderly woman who lives alone in an apartment in Madrid. Since her husband passed away, and most of her friends, her only visitor is a small bird. She feels neglected as she looks at all the things that constantly remind her of her past.

MARCO ARAUJO (Madrid, España, 24/08/2004) Inicia su interés por el cine desde pequeño y dirige sus primeros cortometrajes con 11 y 12 años. Su primer corto serio, realizado en solitario en 2018 a la edad de 13 años, se titula “Cocinando”. En primavera de 2019 rueda su segundo corto “La Habitación del Piano”. Ya en 2020 y 2021 sus dos cortometrajes principales son seleccionados y premiados en diversos festivales, junto a su tercer corto, “No Abras esa Naranja”. Es en el verano de 2021 cuando logra realizar el cortometraje “En el segundo izquierda”, en el que lleva trabajando un año y medio, y que protagoniza la actriz María Galiana.

MARCO ARAUJO (Madrid, Spain, 24/08/2004) He starts his interest in filmmaking at a young age and directs his first short films at the age of 11 and 12. His first serious short film, made alone in 2018 at the age of 13, is titled "Cocinando". In spring 2019 he shoots his second short film "The Piano Room". Already in 2020 and 2021 his two main short films are selected and awarded in various festivals, along with his third short film, "Don't Open that Orange". It is in the summer of 2021 when he manages to make the short film "En el segundo izquierda", in which he has been working for a year and a half, and starring the actress María Galiana.
