ALLYN QUIGLEY (Londres, Reino Unido, 05/06/1987) Cineasta irlandés afincado en Dublín y Cork. Desde que se licenció en la Escuela Nacional de Cine en 2009, Allyn ha dirigido varios anuncios, vídeos musicales y cortometrajes premiados que se han proyectado en festivales de todo el mundo. También ha trabajado como montador en varias películas, como Lakelands, ganadora del premio a la Mejor Película Irlandesa en el Galway Film Fleadh. En 2018, Allyn regresó a la Escuela Nacional de Cine para cursar un máster en Guión. En 2019 dirigió Moth, que ganó el premio al Mejor Cortometraje Irlandés en los Kinsale Shark Awards y le valió una nominación en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Dublín. Su cortometraje más reciente, Yellow Belt, se estrenó en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Cork, donde recibió el premio al Mejor Director.

ALLYN QUIGLEY (London, UK, 05/06/1987) Irish filmmaker based in Dublin and Cork. Since graduating from The National Film School in 2009, Allyn has directed a number of commercials, music videos and award winning short films that have screened at festivals around the world. He also has worked as editor on several films, like Lakelands, winner of Best Irish Film at the Galway Film Fleadh. In 2018 Allyn returned to The National Film School for an MA in Screenwriting. In 2019 he directed Moth, which went on to win Best Irish Short Film at the Kinsale Shark Awards and earned him a nomination at the Dublin International Film Festival. His most recent short film Yellow Belt was premiered at the Cork International Film Festival where it received the award for Best Director.
