Sinopsis / Synopsis

Cae la noche en Barcelona tras el atentado terrorista sucedido en La Rambla, uno de los enclaves turísticos más importantes de la ciudad. La presencia policial junto con un alto operativo de seguridad alteran la vida nocturna de la localidad, intentando encauzar la tensa y desconcertante noche que vivió una Barcelona profundamente herida.

It's nighttime in Barcelona after the terrorist attack in la Rambla, one of the city's most important touristic areas. The presence of the police carrying on a police operation alter the night life of the place, while trying to get on track about the tense and puzzling night that an injured Barcelona lived.

ISAAC R FOLGAROLAS (Manresa, ESPAÑA, 1992) & TÁNIT FERNÁNDEZ (Barcelona, ESPAÑA, 1991) destacan por la participación en festivales como Cannes (Short Film Corner), Montreal, DocsBarcelona (Docs U), Trento o Gijón, y con premios como Mejor dirección y Mejor guión en el Festival de Sitges (SGAE Nueva Autoría). Sus obras han recibido más de una veintena de premios y un centenar de selecciones en festivales a nivel internacional, con proyectos como Espés (2014) e Inamovibles (2015). Graduados en Comunicación Audiovisual por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra y realizando el Máster en Documental de Creación impartido por la misma universidad, han complementado su formación instruyéndose con personalidades como Albert Serra, Mercedes Álvarez, María Cañas y Los hijos. Actualmente se encuentran involucrados en dos nuevos proyectos, Hijos de aquí y Estas historias nuestras.

ISAAC R FOLGAROLAS (Manresa, SPAIN, 1992) & TÁNIT FERNÁNDEZ (Barcelona, SPAIN, 1991) are filmmakers known for their participation in festivals as Cannes (Short Film Corner), Montreal, DocsBarcelona, Trento or Gijón, being awarded the Best direction and Best screenplay awards at the International Sitges Festival (SGAE Awards for new film makers). Their work has received more than 20 awards and they have been selected around 100 times for participating in international film festivals, with projects such as Espés (2014) and Inamovibles (Immovable, 2015). They both graduated in Film Studies at Pompeu Fabra University and are currently taking the Master in Creative Documentary in the same institution, and they have broadened their knowledge by being taught by public figures like Albert Serra, Mercedes Álvarez, María Cañas and Los hijos. They are actually preparing two new projects, Fills d'aquí (This land's sons) and Aquestes històries nostres (These stories of us).
