Sinopsis / Synopsis

Después de un trágico incidente en el que Elvis mata a su padrastro abusivo, es enviado a prisión y separado de su amor de la infancia, Yuli. Una vez liberado, se ve arrastrado al oscuro mundo de la prostitución en Cuba y enfrenta una decisión crucial: luchar por recuperar el amor de Yuli o huir dejando todo atrás.

After a tragic incident where Elvis kills his stepfather, he is sent to prison and separated from his childhood love Yuli. Once released, he is pulled into Cuba’s prostitution underbelly and faces a critical decision: fight to recover Yuli’s love or leave everything behind.

CARLOS LARRAZABAL (Madrid, España, 01/07/1983) Graduado en "Dirección de Fotografía" en la Escuela de Cine de Madrid (E.C.A.M.). Después de trabajar en varios cortometrajes en España como director de fotografía, Carlos se trasladó a Los Ángeles en 2011, donde colaboró como director y director de fotografía en varios proyectos y estudió en la reconocida escuela de actuación Stella Adler. Recientemente, Carlos fue seleccionado en el prestigioso SUNDANCE Co//LAB - Screenwriting: "Revisando tu Largometraje", donde participó con su proyecto "Malecón". En 2022, dirigió su ópera prima "Malecón" en La Habana con los productores ejecutivos Tabrez Noorani ("Slumdog Millionaire") y Ariel Vromen ("The Iceman"). Fue mencionado en la revista "Variety".

CARLOS LARRAZABAL (Madrid, Spain, 01/07/1983) Graduated in "Cinematography" from the Madrid Film School (E.C.A.M.). After working on several short films in Spain as a cinematographer, Carlos moved to Los Angeles in 2011, where he collaborated as a director and cinematographer on various projects and studied at the renowned Stella Adler acting school. Recently, Carlos was selected for the prestigious SUNDANCE Co//LAB - Screenwriting: "Revising your Feature," where he participated with his project "Malecón." In 2022, he directed his debut film "Malecón" in Havana with executive producers Tabrez Noorani ("Slumdog Millionaire") and Ariel Vromen ("The Iceman"). He was mentioned in the magazine "Variety."
