Sinopsis / Synopsis

Mientras Singapur amplía su bloqueo en medio de la pandemia del Covid-19, una madre que trabaja desde casa lucha por su puesto de trabajo mientras su empleada doméstica aprovecha la oportunidad para hacer lo impensable. Pero nada es lo que parece.

As Singapore extends its lockdown amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, a work-from- home mother fights for her job while her domestic helper seizes an opportunity to do the unthinkable. But nothing is ever as they seem.

JAC MIN (Singapur, 14/04/1987) Sus obras han viajado a festivales de cine como el Kinofest, el Festival de Cine y Videoarte Asian Hotshots de Berlín, el Internacional de Seúl, el Simposio de Cine Asiático, y han sido comisariadas por onedotzero, el Museo Nacional de Singapur y participado en exposiciones como TWEAK II en Irlanda. En 2008, recibió la beca Media Education Scheme de la Autoridad de Desarrollo Mediático de Singapur para sus estudios universitarios de cine. Al finalizar su programa de investigación en 2010, recibió el título de Becario de Investigación del Presidente de la NTU, por su película «Xiang/Yan».

JAC MIN (Singapore, 14/04/1987) His works have traveled to film festivals including Kinofest, the Asian Hotshots Berlin Festival for Film and Video Art, the Seoul International, the Asian Film Symposium, and has been curated by onedotzero, the National Museum of Singapore and been in exhibitions including TWEAK II in Ireland. In 2008, he received the Media Education Scheme Scholarship from the Media Development Authority of Singapore for his undergraduate studies in film. Upon completion of his research program in 2010, he received the title of the NTU President’s Research Scholar, for his film Xiang/Yan.
