1810: Isadora, una indígena californiana (Gabrielino/Tongva), tiene que sobrevivir tras salir de la terrible misión de Los Ángeles en la que creció. Domingo, un fraile franciscano, la ayuda en su viaje hacia su aldea nativa, donde pueda encontrar por fin un lugar seguro.

1810: Isadora, an Indigenous Californian (Gabrielino/Tongva) woman, faces a battle to survive after being emancipated from the abusive Los Angeles mission where she was raised. She's helped by Domingo, a Franciscan friar, on the journey to bring her to a Native village where she can she can find safety.

DOUGLAS CUSHNIE (Connecticut, ESTADOS UNIDOS, 1990). Douglas nació en la pequeña ciudad de Sherman (CT). Después de muchos viajes por Latinoamérica, ha rodado proyectos para ONG y cafeteras en Nicaragua y otros países desde que tiene dieciséis años. Su corto de 2013 "Volar en línea recta" se ha proyectado en festivales de todo el mundo. Está interesado en hablar de problemas sociales a través de formatos narrativos, utilizando su creatividad para dar voz a gente y espacios con poca representación.

DOUGLAS CUSHNIE (Connecticut, USA, 1990). Douglas is a filmmaker from the small town of Sherman, CT. Having traveled extensively through Latin America, he has shot projects for non-profits and coffee companies in Nicaragua and abroad since the age of 16. A 2013 short, VOLAR EN LINEA RECTA, has shown in film festivals around the world. He's interested in capturing socialissues in a narrative format, using creative methods to tell important stories of underrepresented people and places.
