Sinopsis / Synopsis

Proceso de selección nos enseña las interioridades de un proceso de selección de personal en el que tres candidatas pugnan entre sí como aspirantes a un puesto ejecutivo. Una de ellas, Afrodita, ve al resto como rivales, y no va a tener miramientos a la hora de competir.

The selection process allows us to look at a staff selection process where three candidates vie with each other for an executive post. One of them, Afrodita, sees the others as rivals and will stop at nothing to get the job.

MANUEL MARTÍNEZ  (Alicante, 15/11/1967) En los últimos años ha venido combinando la escritura de guiones de cortos y largometrajes con la realización como director de casi una veintena de cortometrajes, siendo premiadas algunas de sus obras en distintos festivales. En la actualidad prepara diferentes proyectos cinematográficos al tiempo que empieza a distribuir su último cortometraje “Proceso de selección”.

MANUEL MARTÍNEZ  (Alicante, Spain, 11/15/1967) In the last few years he has written scripts for both short and feature films. He has directed about twenty short films, some which have won awards in several film festivals such as: Aguilar de Campoo, Aula 18, Cinema Jove, Elche, etc. He is currently working on several film projects at the same time as he is starting to distribute his short film “The selection process”.
