MÓNICA NEGUERUELA (Barcelona, 01/04/1975) Tras licenciarse en Medicina y Cirugía inició los estudios de Dirección cinematográfica en la Escuela de Cine y Tv Septima Ars de Madrid en la que obtuvo el primer premio de “guión no realizado”. Su primer corto rodado en 16 mm (Vuelvo Enseguida) ha sido seleccionado en multitud de festivales nacionales. Su último corto Suicidio de un ama de casa se ha proyectado el día de la mujer en el Instituto Cervantes de Estambul (Turquía).
MÓNICA NEGUERUELA (Barcelona, SPAIN, 04/01/1975) Born in Barcelona in the year 1975, she liked cinema from an early age. After taking her medical degree in Madrid she started her Film making studies at Septima Ars Cinema and TV School (Madrid). Her first short film shot in 16mm (“I´ll be right back”) has been shortlisted in several film festivals. Her last short-film, “Suicide of a Housewife” (2012), was shot in the "Instituto Cervantes de Estambul" (Turkey).
