Los azufreros de Mina La Casualidad fueron echados hace 40 años por el gobierno militar al cerrar su mina de azufre y, con ello, su pueblo. Cada año vuelven a visitarlo, con la esperanza de que sea convertido en patrimonio histórico.

The sulfur workers of Mina La Casualidad were thrown out of their village by the military government 40 years ago when the mine was closed.They return there every year, hoping it becomes an open-air museum.

MARTÍN MIGUEL PEREIRA (Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA, 1983) es documentalista, docente de Historia y crítico de cine. Dirigió los cortometrajes "Straub-Huillet: ética de la representación" y "Kaos-Xilos" (2013), y el videoclip "Tirame de un tren" (2013) para la banda Plushterciopelo. Actualmente, se encuentra en la etapa de montaje del largometraje documental "Eso es La boca vs. El mundo Plushterciopelo", y de preproducción del largometraje documental "Qué no daría yo por la memoria", para el que cuenta con el subsidio para desarrollo de proyectos del INCAA. Escribe en la revista Haciendo Cine y en la página web Cineramaplus.

MARTÍN MIGUEL PEREIRA (Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA, 1983) is a documentary filmmaker, History teacher and film critic. He directed the documentary short films "Straub-Huillet: ethics of representation" and "Kaos-Xilos" (2013) and the music video "Pull me from a train" (2013), for Plushterciopelo band. He is currently editing the feature-length documentary  "This is La boca vs. Plushterciopelo World" and in the pre-production stage of the feature-length documentary "What wouldn't I give for the memory". For this film, he won the subsidy for project developement from INCAA. He writes in Haciendo Cine magazine and Cineramaplus website.
