L’equip petit es la historia de un equipo de futbol que nunca había ganado. Ni siquiera había marcado un gol. Ivan, Gerard, Nil, Xavier, Ruth, Eduard, Emma, Pol, Haritz, Cristian, Adrià, Dídac, Roger y Martí soñaban en conseguirlo algún día.

Aunque su relación venía de lejos, ROGER GÓMEZ (Vilanova i la Geltrú, 1974) y DANIEL RESINES (Barcelona, 1976) decidieron formar en 2009 El Cangrejo junto a la productora Cristina Sánchez. Desde entonces han estado buscando como mezclar realidad y ficción y como compaginar la televisión, los documentales y la publicidad con sus tres pasiones: tomar el sol, hacer el muerto en el mar y escuchar su tocadiscos. Aparte de su extensa filmografía en solitario, y ya como los cangrejos, han realizado diversos proyectos entre los que destacan las series televisivas El poble del costat (2010) y Dotze bodes i un funeral (2010), los documentales Rebobinando a Estopa (2009), Regreso a la Española (2009) y Los últimos (2011), y diversos spots y contenidos publicitarios para televisión e internet. También son los creadores de la serie El entrenador y este verano presentaron el cortometraje documental L’equip petit (2011) que se ha convertido en un fenómeno viral en todo el mundo.

ROGER GÓMEZ (Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain, 1974) and DANIEL RESINES (Barcelona, 1976) decided to create El Cangrejo in 2009 with producer Cristina Sanchez. Since then, they have been trying to find how to mix reality with fiction and how to combine television, documentaries and spots with their true passions: to sunbathe, play dead in the water and listen records on their turntables. Besides their previous works as filmmakers on their own, as El Cangrejo they have directed the tv series El poble del costat (2010) and Dotze bodes i un funeral (2010) and the documentaries, Regreso a la Española (2009) and The last ones (2011). They are also behind El Entrenador (online series) and L'equip petit (2011) the short documentary that has became a phenomenon on the net.
